Attaching Documents to Master Records – New Feature!

You may have heard that CMS Professional 2009 has been released, but have you seen any of the new features? One great new feature; you can now easily attach documents to your master records for management and reference.

A great feature for those of you frustrated with all of the paperwork you have to shuffle through and files you have to keep. There are customers who provide you with resale/tax exempt certificates or employee garnishment papers. Now you can attach (or link) these documents and files to your master records from files on your computer for easy reference and access. This feature applies to all modules that contain a master record – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, Inventory, Job Cost and Payroll.
